Why can't AfterShip detect the correct delivery status?

When there is delivery updates from the courier, AfterShip automatically analyzes the tracking information and tag a corresponding status to the shipment - e.g. "In transit", "Out for delivery", "Delivered". There are cases that AfterShip has not yet learned the keywords to tag correctly the status. In this case, you should contact the support team at support@aftership.com to request the change.
