All new shipments just added or imported to AfterShip account will be tagged with "Pending" status, and then queued up for tracking by batches, and AfterShip will automatically get the latest tracking information from couriers every few hours. So please be patient when tracking a large number of shipments.
If still "Pending" status is showing for awhile, it generally means that the courier does not have any delivery information for the tracking number. Please check if the tracking number is correct, and contact the courier if needed. AfterShip will continue tracking until the courier updates the information.
Please note that the “Pending” status will change to “Expired” if the courier does not provide any delivery information updates for over 7 days. AfterShip will stop tracking the shipment.
