Tracking numbers not synced

AfterShip automatically imports shipments you added at the shopping cart in the past 3 days, and auto import takes place every 3 hours.  Do note the following 3 cases aftership will NOT import shipments

  1. Shipments are entered in cart over 3 days ago
  2. Tracking numbers are not a valid format
  3. Tracking numbers already exist in your aftership account

You can also manually trigger an import at the app connection click on Sync app.
