Isn't my store or courier sending notifications already?

Unlike shopping cart sending out shipping notifications when you change status to fulfilled or enter tracking number, AfterShip notifications are sent only when tracking information is online and based on your event trigger. 

For example, you can automatically send out notifications when order is in transit, out for delivery, failed attempt, delivered or/ and exception. Each notification includes a direct tracking link which customers can click and view tracking results. 

The In transit notification is only sent when tracking information becomes online, avoiding users tracking a shipment with no tracking results. You can also customize the notification content.
