AfterShip enables customers to track packages proactively. It doesn’t however handle the physical delivery of shipment in any way. It fetches data from the courier and displays the same information to you. We provide the estimated delivery date only if it is provided by the courier. Further, only a few couriers provide an estimated delivery date.
What should you do to get the expected delivery rate?
- Reach out to your courier/shipping company. You can get courier contact information from AfterShip’s website.
- Request them to change the delivery date.
In case you do not have the tracking number with you or you are not sure about which courier or shipping company is handling your package, please reach out to your seller or shipper to obtain this information.
