The tracking page is by default set to the language English. To aware users about the status of parcel in native language there are different ways to set the language of the tracking page.
Using Aftership account
- Go to language settings
- Select your default language.
From Tracking page
Choose from drop down in the top right corner of tracking page to select the language.
On tracking page URL
ex 1: https://vidhyaaftership.aftership.com/it/
ex 2: https://vidhyaaftership.aftership.com/zh-Hans/
In the above example bold letters “it”, “zh-Hans” are the language code.
Using API
Language passed to the tracking number, when the tracking number was added to user's account via API.
From browser settings
Browsers default language can be set up to utilize native language display.
