Facebook Messenger for AfterShip

This feature is only applicable to Enterprise plan.

Add Facebook messenger to AfterShip account that allows customers get tracking notifications once they subscribe to updates.The subscription is available for a tracking number, and anyone can subscribe through the tracking page of enterprise user.

A prerequisite to this feature is, AfterShip enterprise account owner should have an active Facebook page to avail this feature.

Connect AfterShip with Facebook Messenger

  1. Go to account settings > All Apps > Choose Facebook Messenger.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Approve authorization.
  4. Select Facebook page.
