Integrate Facebook Messenger with AfterShip

Once the request for Facebook subscription messaging is approved, a connection with AfterShip can be established. You can send proactive delivery updates to shoppers through Messenger. From the AfterShip branded tracking page, shoppers can subscribe to order status notifications.

📋 Request permission 

  1. Log in to the Facebook page > Page Settings 
  2. Select Messenger Platform > Advanced Messaging Settings > Request
  3. Submit request form 

🔗 Connect AfterShip with Facebook Messenger

  1. Customize the message template from AfterShip settings
  2. Connect Facebook Messenger with AfterShip > Approve access
  3. Select a Facebook page 

Applicable only to the Enterprise plan.
