Once the request for Facebook subscription messaging is approved, a connection with AfterShip can be established. You can send proactive delivery updates to shoppers through Messenger. From the AfterShip branded tracking page, shoppers can subscribe to order status notifications.
📋 Request permission
- Log in to the Facebook page > Page Settings
- Select Messenger Platform > Advanced Messaging Settings > Request
- Submit request form
