Wrong tracking status

Aftership fetches the tracking data from the courier’s official website and reflect the same tracking information to the user. When there is an update regarding the tracking number, AfterShip automatically analyzes the tracking information and reflect the corresponding tracking statuses like “ In transit”, “Delivery”, “Out for delivery”. 

There can be cases that AfterShip has not yet learned the keywords to tag correctly the status. In this case, you should contact the support team at support@aftership.com to request the change.
