Trigger notifications

Aftership allows to send and receive notifications for 6 different statuses: Info Received, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Failed Delivery Attempt, Delivered, Exception.

You can select one or multiple notification triggers to send or receive the notification. Listed below are 6 different notifications.

To activate the triggers within your AfterShip account make changes in notifications settings of your AfterShip account.

Notifications will be triggered only once against a status change and not every checkpoint message update..

Note: If the shipment has already been delivered and then you add the shipment, no notifications will be sent out even if you turned on the notification settings.
