AfterShip automatically detects and imports the tracking numbers present in your store.
To correctly import tracking numbers from your store to AfterShip, please make sure:
- The store is connected.
- Orders are marked as fulfilled (Only for Shopify connector users) within the store.
- Tracking numbers are added within the AfterShip app widget along with the courier (Only for Woocommerce store connector users).
- Relevant couriers are enabled within your AfterShip account’s settings.
- Couriers are prioritized on the basis of their usage within your AfterShip account’s settings.
For example: If you use USPS more frequently than UPS, set USPS above UPS.
