Checklist for auto import orders

AfterShip automatically detects and imports the tracking numbers present in your store.

To correctly import tracking numbers from your store to AfterShip, please make sure:

  • The store is connected
  • Orders are marked as fulfilled (Only for Shopify connector users) within the store.
  • Tracking numbers are added within the AfterShip app widget along with the courier (Only for Woocommerce store connector users).
  • Relevant couriers are enabled within your AfterShip account’s settings.
  • Couriers are prioritized on the basis of their usage within your AfterShip account’s settings.

For example: If you use USPS more frequently than UPS, set USPS above UPS.
