AfterShip Tracking facilitates seamless synchronization of orders and shipment data from your online store. This process is governed by customizable import settings, empowering you to tailor the data sync according to your specific preferences and requirements.

Go to Tracking dashboards
Select the Shipments or Orders dashboard
Click App import
Select the store that you want to import shipments from
Click Settings icon

Once done, the import settings pop-up will appear
Edit the import settings based on the five import settings conditions:

Order created within: It allows you to choose the date range of order creation to define the scope of orders and shipments to be synced. By default, it will import the orders for the last 30 days.
Order updated within: It allows you to narrow down the synced data scope by designating the date range of the updated order. By default, it shows orders for the last 3 days.
Payment status: it allows you to sync shipments on the basis of their payment status, i.e., Paid, Partially paid, Partially refunded, Refunded and Unpaid. By default, it will import Paid, Partially paid, and Unpaid orders.
Fulfillment status: It allows you to sync shipments based on their fulfillment status. By default, it will import Unfulfilled, Fulfilled and Partially fulfilled orders. However, this can be adjusted if you only want to sync the orders when the order status is only Fulfilled and Partially fulfilled.
Exclude orders by order tags: This is an optional condition. If you don’t want to sync partial orders, you can exclude those orders synced to AfterShip Tracking by setting the order tags.

Please note that Exclude orders with certain tags feature is available for Shopify users only.
