We signed up for Aftership as we offer delivery between 5 - 10 business days. The expired status suited as perfectly as it was set to alert us after no activity for 7 days. This allowed us to be proactive and identify items lost in transit
This alert has now been pushed out to 30 days, which is far too long for us to offer any sort of pro-activeness in this instance
